Documentation Process
Since I am the person in charge of a few documentation libraries at work, I’m naturally also in charge of keeping the documentation up to date (and honest). These docs were created to help contributors, editors, reviewers, and others participating in the creation or maintenance of guides.
Subject Matter Expert (SME) Review Reference
As part of my department’s documentation process, we defined platform SMEs (generally, the product owner). Before this process was put into place, I was the SME for everything, so I was excited to create this doc as a hand-off so non-writers had the guidance they needed.

These quick guides were created to help the team use tools outside of the major platforms.
Microsoft Excel: Calculate Completion Percentage
The team used spreadsheets to track assignments or work that required a lot of attention to detail. This job aid helped them construct a formula in Excel to track percent completed.
